Chefs on the Harbour in Vivid 2023

The Jackson, a new superyacht-styled $15 million vessel, will be home to Chefs on the Harbour during Vivid 2023. This unmissable 3.5-hour dining experience will see three of our most celebrated chefs – Nelly Robinson, Khanh Ong and Mark Olive – takeover the Harbour during Vivid Sydney 2023 to curate bespoke menus for a once-in-a-lifetime, visual and dining experience.

Set against the ever-changing Vivid backdrop and the kaleidoscope of colour, Chefs on the Harbour combines a fusion of inspiring chef creations, neon lights and a myriad of colourful entertainment to conjure an experience that will ensnare and enchant your senses.

Each Chef has a specially designed degustation dinner crafted to showcase their style, creativity, and the premium quality of produce in NSW. To further enhance the food showcase, The Jackson has partnered with one of NSW's most iconic wineries, Tyrrell’s, who will take guests on a wine journey through their Premium Collection. Each event will feature that night’s chef and Tyrrell's representative on stage throughout the evening sharing insights for their menu and pairing. There will also be a rare opportunity to meet the chef for a photo. Plus, all the colour and life of Vivid will be throughout the vessel with roving entertainers, lighting and moments designed to excite and thrill - care of the fabulous team at Cirkus Bizukus.

Named after the shimmering waters of Sydney Harbour (aka Port Jackson), The Jackson is THE destination to enjoy 5-star food and event experiences on The Harbour. The vessel, which commenced operations in March 2022, has already delivered over 200 events and is poised to delight Sydneysiders and visitors looking for an exciting food and wine experience matched with iconic views during Vivid Sydney 2023.
