Vision Personal Training Mosman Opens on Military Road
Vision Personal Training brings a personalised approach to health and fitness to its brand-new Mosman studio.
Mosman certainly isn’t short on ways to keep active. There are harbour walks, swims, Pilates studios, gyms and enough hills to turn the walk home into a workout. But the suburb’s newest fitness arrival is offering something a little more personal.
Vision Personal Training Mosman is opening at 534 Military Road, led by owners Christian and Hayden, who bring a combined 24 years with the Vision brand. Christian has been with Vision for 16 years and owns its award-winning St Ives studio, while Hayden has spent eight years with the company, including the past four as St Ives’ Business Manager. Together, they’ve helped develop St Ives into one of Vision’s top-performing studios nationally. Now they’re bringing that experience to Mosman.
“We love the Mosman area,” they say. “It’s a wonderfully community-oriented suburb and, in many ways, shares similarities with the St Ives demographic – a balanced mix of families with young children, busy professionals and retirees.”

While Vision works with clients of all ages, Christian and Hayden have particular experience with people aged 40 to 65 and beyond, including the injuries, changing fitness levels and nutritional needs that can come with different stages of life.
Every program is built around the individual, taking into account their goals, current strength, fitness, flexibility and mobility. Most members train one-on-one with a personal trainer two or three times a week, but can also use the studio independently and attend unlimited group training sessions.
Exercise, however, is only part of the equation. Vision combines training with nutrition, mindset and short- and long-term goal setting. Free monthly supermarket tours teach clients how to read food labels and better understand their nutritional requirements, while regular seminars cover everything from exercise and nutrition to mindset, perimenopause and menopause.
There’s also StrongHER, a program developed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on strength training, maintaining muscle mass, exercise and nutrition. All trainers are also pre- and post-natal qualified and hold boxing trainer certification.
Vision backs its structured approach with a fairly bold guarantee: follow your program entirely for the first nine weeks and, if you don’t achieve your agreed results, the company says it will refund your money and train you for free until you do.
Behind the scenes, Christian and Hayden are equally focused on developing their trainers. Their St Ives team has produced a National Vision Personal Trainer of the Year, National Vision Rising Star and National AUSactive Student of the Year. They credit that success to finding the right people, then providing ongoing education, mentoring and genuine career progression.
For Mosman, they’ve recruited an entirely new team, which they’re developing using the same systems and standards. The new studio will feature brand-new equipment within a smaller, more personalised setting. Natural light, warm textures and ground-floor access have all been incorporated into a space designed to feel welcoming rather than intimidating.
There’s an incentive for early adopters, too. The first 20 people to join can access VIP Foundation Memberships, offering savings of $1,160 plus additional value that won’t be available once the studio opens.
Ultimately, Christian and Hayden want to create more than somewhere to squeeze in a workout. Their aim is to build a local community where Mosman residents can train, learn and receive the support they need to make healthier habits actually stick.
