The Arts Theatre Cronulla
A community-based theatre that showcases a range of productions, from classic plays to contemporary works. The theatre is run by a dedicated team of volunteers and offers a unique and intimate theatre experience. They have just put a call out for directors to join their 2024 Season.

The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre
As stated on the website, this is set to be the new home of performing arts in the Sutherland Shire. This state-of-the-art, multi-purpose venue features world-class technical facilities as well as seating for up to 686 patrons. The Pavilion has a diverse calendar of high-calibre local performing arts companies as well an exciting selection of Australian and international entertainment.

Sutherland Shire Choral Society
A community-based choir that performs a range of choral works - from classical to contemporary. Members meet weekly, with rehearsals happening at Central Road, Miranda, and scheduled performances around The Shire. The choir also provides an opportunity for members to develop their vocal skills and participate in regular workshops and events.

Sutherland Shire Symphony Orchestra
Bringing together musicians of all ages and abilities, the Sutherland Shire Symphony Orchestra is a community-based orchestra that performs a range of classical and contemporary pieces. They provide an important platform for local musicians to showcase their talent.

Hazelhurst Arts Centre
The Hazelhurst Arts Centre is a dynamic creative hub, located in the heart of The Shire (783 Kingsway, Gymea). The centre boasts a range of galleries, showcasing both local and international artists - as well as a café and gift shop. Visitors can also participate in a diverse offerings of workshops and classes to unleash their inner artist. Each year, the gallery hosts an “Arts on Paper'' award with monetary prizes on offer - entries are now open!
