Kholl’s menu showcases a creative approach to modern Australian dining with strong French and Japanese influences. The charcoal-fired mains are a standout, featuring premium cuts such as Black Angus sirloin and wagyu flank steak served with house-made sauces including truffle ponzu and smoked garlic emulsion. Smaller share plates highlight seasonal produce, with dishes like crispy Brussels sprouts with truffle powder, sweet corn ribs in caramelised soy and roasted carrots with sesame yoghurt demonstrating the kitchen’s inventive flair. Seafood dishes and house-made fermented elements further elevate the menu, while a seven-course sharing option offers an alternative dining experience.

The drinks program complements the food beautifully, featuring signature cocktails, curated wines and sake pairings designed to harmonise with the menu.
